You may return Liquid Light Anywhere products within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Reason for Return:

We accept returns for products that are damaged upon arrival, defective, or if you received the wrong product.

Process for Return:

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions if your return is approved.

Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Process of Refund:

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
